ROBBINS, Juanita C. age 93 gone home to be with loved ones and the Lord, on November 27, 2016 in Lexington KY. She was born February 3, 1923 in Perry County, Hazard, KY to the Late Rome and Catherine (Strong) Campbell. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles E Robbins, brother, Fred Campbell and five sisters, Gertrude Morrison, Bobby Jean Massengale, Bertha M Whitman, Elizabeth (Betty) Sprague and Margaret Louise Flannery. ROBBINS, Juanita C. age 93 gone home to be with loved ones and the Lord, on November 27, 2016 in Lexington KY. She was born February 3, 1923 in Perry County, Hazard, KY to the Late Rome and Catherine (Strong) Campbell. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles E Robbins, brother, Fred Campbell and five sisters, Gertrude Morrison, Bobby Jean Massengale, Bertha M Whitman, Elizabeth (Betty) Sprague and Margaret Louise Flannery. Juanita is survived by her special niece, Patricia "Rocky" and husband Rick Napier of Lexington; several nieces, nephews, other family members and wonderful friends. She attended one year of High School in Kentucky, an employee of Sunshine Biscuit and retired from Esther Price Candies of Dayton as a candy packer. She attended Bible Baptist Church in Dayton and Southern Heights Baptist Church in Lexington, KY. Juanita was a member of Women's Auxiliary to the MOC. Very active with helping the VFW in activities such as: picnics, dinners visiting the VA Hospitals and holding offices. She had a love for Bingo, dancing, working puzzles and loved her four legged companions and always took them with her when traveling. Funeral service will be at 11 am Thursday, December 1, 2016 at the Tobias Funeral Home - Belmont Chapel, 648 Watervliet Ave Dayton, Ohio. With burial in the Siloam Cemetery, South Shore, KY. Friends may call 10 - 11 am Thursday at the funeral home. Contributions can be made in memory Juanita to Alzheimer's or Cancer Societies, Humane Societies or Veterans Charities.
